How di I 'Open With..' in the new Evernote?

I was about to post the same question. I'm now feeling that the new version is a trimmed one, removing lots of previous features. Already I found "Open With" is gone (yes, I was using the feature for GIMP or Photoshop), unable to open the attachment with external program. -
In previous Evernote for Windows, I was able to right click the image, and there was "Open With" menu so that I can launch third party image manipulation program on the attachment. The new version (10.4.4) does not have that menu. Is there any way to restore "Open With" menu? Thanks.
