I don't know if this forum is active at all because I received ZERO responses from the community, but I've found a fix to the locked notebook on the Android issue I was having... I found a fix to the Evernote Android software bug. On the web version, I made the notebook that is hidden and locked on the Android app the default notebook and when I went back to my Android app, the notebook is now available. Switched back to my original notebook as the default notebook and now all the notebooks are available. I hope this helps if anyone is having the same issue.

I'm having the same issue. The notebook doesn't search and has "Lost Permissions" and on Android the notebook doesn't appear at all and on one screen it shows the lock icon. Really frustrated with EN now.

Long time EN user and recently one of my notebooks on my android phone shows that I have 4 notebooks, but one is hidden and there is a blank space where it's supposed to be. All notebooks are on the Web client and the windows legacy application, but can't use it on my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and cleared storage and cache and it's still missing. Please help. Ty
