Well it's safe to say the upgrade channels are not sync'd... The iPhone app prompted me to upgrade with the 40% discount, why not? Easy Face ID and it's sorted, right? Nope! I've now paid for the upgrade via apple, have not been prorated my old payment and to insult to injury it hasn't even acknowledged the upgrade, the mobile app, iOS desktop app and web client are all still saying I'm on Premium...
