  1. Sorry, but I disagree with you. This is a bug in the Android app (one operating system). It is there after the updated the app. As paying customers we may expect software that is just working. After the big price raise we may expect this even more. And if there is a bug like this (some function is not working at all) Evernote is expected to say they make resources available to resolve it as soon as possible (not as soon as they like it). I think that the same guy(s) that work on my fixes have something to do with development team, because Evernote support told me so. The problem was escalated to the development team, so they said. So, in my opinion, Evernote is planning it's resources wrong. Resolving bugs that causes we cannot use some features of the software should have priority above introducing new features. Still want to know when we may expect to be able to use the software normally again.
  2. But I believe they should give us some insight of how they handle our tickets. I have multiple long open tickets (for years) and all I here is 'I have escalated it to our development team'. All I see is my tickets stay open, issues unresolved and the introducing of new features nobody asked for is going on and on, breaking new things that are never resolved. Is it very strange I want to know when they are going to resolve my problems. I think we pay enough to expect that.
  3. Unfortunately it seems Evernote is more busy with inventing features as 'Machine Learning Policy' and other things nobody asked for anyway. Maybe it's better to resolve excisting issues first. I name blurry output from PDF-attachements when printing, frequently logging off issue of the webclipper and this one. How can it be that such an issue, that is a bug which degrade the functionality of Evernote is unhandled for weeks? Why don't we hear anything about it? Why are you not informing your cliens about what you do about it. Or don't you do anything? We still want to know!
  4. Hi gazumped, thanks for thinking with me for a solution. Adding the saved search to my shortcuts and choosing 'shortcuts' in the widget, I only get a list of all my saved searches. When using the saved searches setting in the widget it gives me all the notes that are found with that search. Is it possible to get that with the shortcut option (I couldn't find it).
  5. I don't know what you mean exact with 'Free software, free upgrade', but as a premium user I think I pay more than enough and it's certainly not free. I think I may expect a bug free product and bug free and well tested updates for the price I have to pay for using this software.
  6. Since last update the widget from the Android app is not showing 'saved searches' anymore. Will Evernote ever be able to update their things without causing their users trouble? Ever heard of quality testing? How to solve this issue?!
  7. Webclipper is constantly logging me out, so I have to login again everytime I want to clip anything. Please get rid of this crazy new, not working feature. BTW, I am using Chrome.
  8. I have had contact with support since September 12th, 2014! about an issue with printing out notes with PDF documents attached to it. When I print these notes the quality of the PDF's is very bad. They acknowledged these problems and told me the development guys are working on it. Since then I have regularly emailed to get some status, but they just repeat the same thing over and over again. Then they closed the ticket (they thought the issue was resolved but they mixed it up with another problem). So, I opened a new one (of coarse refering to the first ticket) and everything repeats itself until today, as the problem is still not resolved. In a few weeks my yearly premium subscription renews and I have to pay a tremendous higher amount of money for the service. I think it is reasonable to get a solution for this problem that is open for more than two years now! So, can anyone from the Evernote staff tell me how this will be followed? And maybe an explanation how this whole situation of having an open ticket for more than two years is even possible?

In July jbignert told us: "We will bring back batch email clipping as soon as we can but unfortunately it will take a while to rewrite large portions of the app." I cannot believe it is still not happening! Still working with an old version from Evernote because I need this batch email clipping function. So, I am paying for my premium membership and all I get is the possibility to work with an old version, if I want standard functionality to work? I am getting more disappointed every day.... Come on, Evernote, get to work and give us what was promissed!!!
  10. Can anyone tell us when batch email from Outlook will finaly return. UNBELIEVABLE and RESPECTLESS TO YOUR USERS that this takes such a long time! I am forced to use an old version of Evernote now and I am not paying for that! Same counts for removing 'Saved search' as an option in the Android widgets!

  12. In the old widgets you were able to choose from your saved searches to filter the notes displayed. This seems not possible anymore. Why is this functionality disappeared? Same thing happened with batch email clipping in the desktop version lately. Is this development team aware people actually work with this software and use a process which is broken when functionality is decreased? I am really thinking about leaving Evernote if this is what I have to expect from it in the future.
  13. What we need to know is when it will return. Are we talking about days, months or years. Or, maybe, will it never happen. I have several support tickets that were handled over to development and most of them stay unresolved for years now. So, sorry, but I don't feel very confident about the effort is taken to resolve these issues anymore. So, please don't say it will take some time but tell us what steps were and are taken to resolve this issue. As far as I see it now nothing has been done about it yet. And that is a big shame and very disrespectfull to your customers!
  14. After several updates already and more than six weeks it is still not possible to batch save Outlook items into Evernote. This was standard functionality and after an update it was suddenly gone. Much people complained about this, but nothing did happen yet. Can we at least get a status update about this issue? Is there anybody at Evernote's working on this? Is there a planning to share, so we know when the functionality will return? Or do we really have to look to another tool and leave Evernote. I think this is really a bad sign to your users. Unfortunately it is not the first time I did get such a sign, seeing much tickets unresolved. Do you even really care about your users or what?
