Thanks for sharing, I had this issue but I couldn't enter in my account. However, I found some problems that my website had and I didn't understand why. The problem was that I didn't have a hosting provider and I've discovered hostingfoundry giving detailed info on every reliable web hosting. Moreover, their services are available not only in the UK but also in other countries. Now I use A2 Hosting as it has unlimited disk space, which I appreciate a lot.
