Today it's been 27 days since Federico posted "Note loading and tasks sync issues".
I have raised 3 tickets, 2 have been closed without resolution and 1 remains open.
In all this period until today, I still have all the initial problems. For me, nothing has changed.
Another problem is that EN has no backup; I have 193 notebooks and exporting one by one is not a solution since the notes are dynamic and every day there are several alterations in different notebooks.
It is not fair to pay for 100% and get 50%.- 2

Using Tasks is totally impossible.
Does not sync correctly, duplicates tasks and if associated with a note can make this note disappear.
I'm using Apple Reminders and if necessary I create the link with an Evernote note. It's working very well.
According to what was passed to me by EN, this problem is known and the cause of this is the slowness in synchronizing for those who have more than 10,000 notes.
To fix the damage they are changing the entire synchronization process and will end the use of the EN Legacy as soon as possible.
The target date for this to happen is later this year, so I'm gradually replacing using Evernote starting with tasks.
As for the notes, I'm trying to figure out another app to transfer my 20,000 notes (a Herculean job).
I accept suggestions.I notice that there is no longer a response to open tickets. Abandonment to users is obvious.

Thanks for your help, I followed your advice and opened a new ticket.
When your productivity goes to zero due to these failures in the NE, discouragement and frustration really take over. -

Ok, a couple of more thoughts. When you deleted the app from your Mac, do you also let it delete the database so that it will download a fresh copy on reinstall? Sometimes, if there is a problem with the database, that will clear it. Another option is to fully erase Evernote using something like AppCleaner before you reinstall. To @agsteele's point, I would suggest a direct download from the Evernote site instead of the Apple store.
All these precautions were taken and I even used CleanMyMac to remove all traces of the EN.
Perhaps my synchronization on this notebook got stuck on the EN server.
On the web everything is fine, but I'm always on the go without internet and I'm completely without action.
I've been using EN since 2009 and I have 20,000 notes, my dependency has gotten so big that I'm not getting a replacement for EN.- 1

Yes, it didn't do much damage, but I'm unable to use EN on my Mac.

So, all of your notes are there but just your tasks are missing, is that correct? There are problems with tasks, but no one, that I've seen, has reported them all missing. Have you checked your other devices and more importantly the web? Search for a note called "Things to Do." If you don't create a note first and add a task to it, that is the default note that all tasks go into. Maybe you accidentally deleted that note. Check the trash.
My tasks show up on other devices and on the web. only on my macbook they do not load.
I've already deleted the Evernote app twice and I can't resolve it. -

Opening a ticket asking for help is no longer useful; there is no return.
Everything has been abandoned and our precious data is going who knows where.
Evernote is important to all users and would like respect from developers.
Everything fails on EN But the billing process never fails. -

Yesterday the Evernote team deployed a backend update to the real time editing service that will address the majority of the issues related to slow note opening. It will also help alleviate some other issues that appeared as a result of a cascading effect due to the slowness in loading notes (some tasks problems).
This backend release focuses on a few things, but most importantly:
1. Faster load times of the notes
2. Faster "content merge" of the notes, meaning that content edited in two different places will merge faster, regardless of how much data it is.
3. Fewer errors and disconnects with the real time editing service.The fix is live now (no need for software updates). Please let me know if you are not seeing any improvements on your end.

For me, EN 10.58.5, load times of the notes are better, but "Tasks" still with many problems and impossible to use.- 1

I started to use EN web version, and I've been getting satisfactory results. The slowness continues but on the other hand, the Tasks work well, unlike the App for Mac where the tasks are duplicated or return even after being deleted.

For me, the new update v10.58.3 didn't work, worse, tasks stopped working correctly, there are still other bugs involving tasks, the mosts disturbing issue is that after deleting a recurring task, the task reappears and when creating a new note they are tripled.
The slowness to update notes continues.

Thanks again for your help. Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem.
I am trying unsuccessfully to find out if there is any command that will force the Evernote cloud database to download to my computer.
I'm monitoring Evernote traffic and it simply doesn't use the internet to download my data.
After 14 years of use I'm giving up on Evernote, I'm going to try to find a replacement because the confidence I had is gone. -

All my notes are not available without internet connection and the agent who is assisting me is useless.
I have already sent new questions but the same agent always returns.

Estou sem poder usar as Tarefas no Evernote.
Uso o aplicativo Evernote 10.18.3 para MacOs e quando clico em tarefas uma roda girando eternamente aparece.
Já foi passado pelo suporte que eu devo desinstalar o Evernote apagando todos os dados que estão no meu notebook.
A princípio resolve, mas um ou dois dias depois volta a ocorrer. Já usei este procedimento 3 vezes e não resolve. O fato fica agravado porque tenho mais de 18000 notas e para torna-las off-line novamente preciso de 3 dias sem desligar o notebook.
Alguém conseguiu solucionar definitivamente?

I continue have problems with Evernote tasks, even crashing the application on Mac.
I am still waiting for my ticket to be answered.
