Evernote AI powered search doesn't work at all

I had AIPS yesterday but today, it's gone. The only option I have is standard search. I don't have the option for AIPS at all anymore. Does anyone else have this issue. Or does anyone know why I might be having this issue? The update tool indicates I have the most recent version [v10.64.3.64972]. So, I'm not sure what happened.

I'm having a problem with merge fails. My issues started this weekend. The problems started before I upgraded to 10.58.3. I updated to 10.58.3 hoping the issue would be resolved, but it is still a problem. I says a note was "saved" in the upload fail notebook. But the "saved" note is not normal for some reason. This is a major pain because I have a lot of notes & I'm trying to merge notes to lower my individual note count.

I have this issue with shared public notebooks except mine don't show up in Evernote V10. They show up in Legacy but not in V10.
