[Fixed in Version 10.6] Continuous Release Note Pop-Up

The popup appeared for me as well. Ever since the update. Funny thing is though: it only happens on one of my laptops. Both installed with Win20H2 - same build. On my Toshiba it comes to annoy me everyday, whereas on my Dell it does not appear at all - at least not up to now. It does not happen on the Mac, or Android.
