cmd + / on the Mac does give all shortcuts. The one for the insert code block is ^+CMD+B (where ^ is control key and cmd is command key)

That worked for me, once I made sure to ticked all items for deletion. Thank you for your help

I am having the same problem on Mac OSX, 10.15.2, and evernote 7.13 and 7.14
