It may be your local database is corrupted.
First try would be to log out, quit the app, restart it and log back in. Often that helps.
If not, select in app settings that EN should not keep data on device. Then log out again, quit the app and restart the computer. Restart, log back in. EN will now draw a fresh copy from the cloud. Leave the app open, full download will take a while (3 days for me).
