Version 10 - please, please bring back hide-note-pane (rightmost pane) option

Please bring back the functionality of hiding the "Preview Pane". It takes a lot of space on the iPad and besides it exposes my notes to others.

Once selected a hyperlink in a TOC, the button to get back to the TOC is not available in the iPad (although it is available in the iPhone)

Once selected a hyperlink in a TOC, the button to get back to the TOC is not available in the iPad (although it is available in the iPhone). I close Evernote in the iPad and opened again. No luck. Windows and iPhone version works ok. Any advise on what's going on?
