I received the same silly response pointing to vpn and also communicated that I had the same error message with the VPN. Well this lack of ownership and adequate response is too much so after over 10 years of being a premium customer I have decided to walk as it shows that they have twisted priorities. Already started migrating my notebooks, bye Evernote.

@jujuberry136 just logged a bug ticket. Will await feedback and let you all know when I hear.

I am also experiencing this issue on my iPad Mini 3, I am also presented with the same message.
