Also started seeing the Permissions Lost issue once upgrade to 10.59.5. Can no longer search notes!

The last couple weeks Evernote for Windows has been crashing, sometimes multiple times a day with the error: "Something went wrong on our end, sorry about that. Please try restarting Evernote". This was on version 10.58 I believe, but just now after restarting after another crash it says it's updated now to 10.59.5. Fingers crossed maybe the new version fixes the problem? Is this a known problem affecting many people?
