I'm running High Sierra 10.13.3

I double click this and it doesn't seem to do anything but then the scansnap connects to evernote and starts working. Prior to this I was using VmWare and windows to get it to work but now I am back on the mac application which is designed nicer and much more convenient.

Not sure how or when I installed this app but this is what made it work for me.

I had the same problem and was able to load the scansnap manager. I had to double click that app and then it recognized the scanner.
