The request is about supporting selectively syncing a few notebooks locally, on mac or windows platforms. This large notes databases will not need to use all the local storage. 

Is this being considered?

Did you try quip? It is amazing to be able to create a list of hyperlinks at the top of the note like a TOC that helps you navigate the note. 

In addition each of the headings in the note can collapse / fold the content under it.  

Clean way to read and navigate a note. Please have a look. 

The first request for this was in 2014. 
This is one of the top 3 feature requests by upvotes. 

Is it still not available?

Imagine how much space Evernote takes from Business users. 10GB max per user, multiplied by 50 users = 50GB possible data added per month. For a standard 256GB  SSD, this means you will need to uninstall Evernote from your laptop in about 3-4 months.

Evernote will not prosper in the Business environment with this kind of imitation.

Everyone who used evernote for any practical use would understand how badly this feature is needed. No explanation needed.

Present vote count is 53 on this thread alone, not counting the other duplicate threads for the same feature. 

When will selective synching of notebooks be available for Mac and Windows versions?
