Did you find a resolution for this? I think I'm experiencing the same - the Evernote keyboard shortcut opens Windows Snipping Tool. Whether that's using the default Ctrl+Alt+S or if I change it to anything. No matter what, the key combination opens the snipping tool and not Evernote Capture Screen tool.

Wow. I assumed I was just being stupid and couldn't find the option. A complete nonsense to remove it
