Note Info - Update Time Stamp Cannot be Edited
Serol replied to DavidJR's question in Evernote for Mac Requests (Versions 10.0 and above)
I use the same type of organization and I'm suffering from the same issue. I added my voted. I look forward to be able to edit the "updated" time stamp of my notes again.
