Hello, I submitted my app to the App Center back in January and have been told many times that App Center submissions are on hold for an unknown amount of time. Could an update be given on when submissions will start to be reviewed again please? Thank you

I'm sure I'm missing something really obvious, but how do I post in the "Evernote API Discussion" forum? In other forums I get a "Create New Topic" button, but not in the API forum. I posted in this forum a while ago, but now I can't find how to do it. Any ideas? Thanks
