If you have removed the original installation file, the icon can no longer be found. Solution: go to the installation directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Evernote\Evernote. Make a shortcut for the file evernote.exe on the desktop (it will not make a shortcut here). Drag the icon on the desktop to the taskbar, and delete the icon on the desktop. Done.
