Any way to get ride of the "new helper tool" pop-up?

It pops up several times a day, seemingly randomly. I'm running Sonoma 14.4 on a macbook, and and Evernote 10.80.3 Thanks.

Photos in 10.76.2

I just installed the latest version and photos inside of notes are no longer able to sit side by side. A photo seems to take entire width of the note (see image) even if it's not that size. Also: resizing the photos inside the note by dragging from the lower-right is a bit glitchy.
