I have the same problem (using an S22 Ultra - Android 10, up-to-date ). I'm getting the message "file permissions required". Who/what would give such permission? (Evernote? Google? Samsung?) This problem occurred just after I finally succeeded in re-specifying a default notebook for data clipped from websites - which itself seemed to fix the non-stop "loading" problems reported by many repeatedly over the last 6 months. I don't post often, but I do try solutions suggested by others. I keep looking for a post which will solve this.
