  1. Just informing to other users that may face the same situation that this was an issue from the Evernote end, related to my account login into the support system. So if you aren't able to open a direct support ticket, send a DM to a staff member through the forum, and ask for an Evernote representative to contact you.   2. Thanks for all information @PinkElephant Indeed, the issue seems to not be related to the ones I first hypothesized. Also, it seems not related to my computer settings, since I'm getting the same error message "You have logged out of Evernote" (screenshot below) when I tried to access https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new from two different computers and my mobile phone. What is strange is that from all devices' browsers I tried to open a request/support, I get in the browser address bar the link below that mentioned a certain email (which is mine, but it isn't my Evernote account email) 'has+already+been+taken'. https://www.evernote.com/Logout.action?kind=error&message=User+is+invalid%3A+Email%3A++movaworkflow%40gmail.com+has+already+been+taken I tried different browses (also in private mode), I cleaned caches, disabled proxies and so on, but every time I try to access https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new the error appears. Do you know if it is possible to contact an Evernote representative through the forum to help me out solving this issue? Thanks
  3. Thanks all of you for the prompt replies! From my side, I can't access Evernote support by any means or links. I tried the links in Chrome, Edge and Firefox and the behavior is the very same I showed in my screen-recording. Just hypothesizing why I can't get support: - I pay for a legacy plan that isn't listed in Evernote actual portfolio. - I live in an underdeveloped country and generally the service quality provided by any company is bad or below that (even they are outstanding abroad).

Hi, I'm trying to contact Evernote support directly through the link: https://evernote.com/contact Then clicking on the link "additional support options" (Evernote Personal, Professional, and Teams customers can also access additional support options). As shown in this screen-recording (https://tinyurl.com/yafouzz3), I'm logged in with my Evernote account. However, by clicking the link, I've been simply disconnected from my account and the link is not working. I cleaned the browser cache, but the issue is there. Is it a temporary issue with Evernote support, or have Evernote stopped providing direct support to paid users? Is there any alternative to the link in https://evernote.com/contact ?   5. Hi, This is a bug report, since Evernote for Windows v10.0.10 cannot paste active hyperlinks from browsers anymore (the legacy Evernote could), as shown in the screencast: https://bit.ly/3iO9lY6 Is this a bug that will be fixed, or does the new Evernote works this way by design? Thank you.

  7. Thanks for the feedback! I just removed and performed a clean install of Evernote (restarting the system), and the problem is still there. Actually, I've been facing this issue day after day in the last month. Regarding the images being duplicated, if you select just the image in a note and paste into an external application, the image is pasted properly. The problem appears when you select - together the image - the content around, including text, then pasted. Images are duplicated!
  8. Hi, Sharing information. I'm using Evernote for Windows 6.18.4.8489 (308489) Public (CE Build ce-62.3.7750) As shown in this screen-recording (http://bit.ly/2w60zyL), the note content having images seems ok. However, when the content is copied and pasted into ANY other apps (e.g. Word, Thunderbird), the images are being duplicated. Are there other users facing the same issue? Kind regards, Carlos
  9. Many thanks for reply! Skitch / Kingsoft aren't set "Launch by Default". I tried, without success: - Uninstall 3 of the PDF apps (Acrobat, Foxit, PDF Max) - Restart Android OS - Re-install the 3 PDF apps again - Restart Android OS - Open Evernote note with PDF attachment => Click on PDF => Options presented by Evernote: Edit | View => Choose Edit => List of apps appears (the same Skitch / Kingsoft) - The apps Acrobat, Foxit and PDF Max weren't listed by Evernote as apps for "Edit". If I choose "View" they are there, but they are also useless since Evernote won't present the options "Append new" or "Replace" after the editing/changes in the file. Any other idea why Evernote doesn't list these apps to "edit" a PDF file?
  10. Hi, When I select a PDF file Evernote asks whether I want "edit" or "view" the file. Choosing edit just list Skitch an Kingsoft Office (the later hasn't even PDF edit capabilities!). On the other hand, I have installed the apps that can really edit PDFs, as Acrobat, Foxit, Xodo e OfficeSuite. Why Evernote doesn't list these apps to "edit" a PDF file? Is it possible to include them in Evernote list? Many thanks, Cadu
  11. I am facing the same problem collaborating is academic context with multiple authors. The very bad: 1. We set a list of same tag names and each of us implemented that list in each Evernote account. After sharing same notebook among us, the tags are duplicated with the different user id at the end of each tag name. What a mess! 2. I created a tag "Others" to assembly all tags which aren't mine under this hierarchy. Evernote doesn't allow even that. So the tag mess can't even be put under the carpet! Considering this scenario, so far Evernote tag system is being useless for our team for collaboration. I would really appreciate any tip of users that may have found out workflows and workarounds to handle the mentioned tag scenario. Thanks!
