Thank you for your reply. I believe you are right. It does display properly when I right click and open. I have this on a desktop computer with 3 monitors. I have been doing this for years. Currently, all three monitors have the display resolution set at 1920 x 1080. Is there a better resolution that you could recommend? Thank you for your help. At least I know where the problem is now. I have a new computer running windows 11. I use Evernote Professional. I am using Evernote 10.47.7, although this issue has happened through several updates, but started with a new computer running win 11. I save a file as a pdf that will be imported into Evernote. When I look at the file in Evernote portions are garbled, yet when I go the copy in the sync folder it is perfectly fine. You will see how the letters aren't easy to ready in the header or the clipped by portion. I have uploaded the file from the sync folder below and you will see it is fine. [The missing line in the body is missing and not the fault of Evernote]. This is important for me because I create source citations from the documents in Evernote and if I can't read the info in the note, I cannot create an accurate citation. I did a pdf export yesterday for one note. It went well, although seemed to be a bit slow. I want to try with several notes, today, but haven't had success to see if it works the way I think it should. I have worked more on this today and I am not especially pleased with what I am seeing. My jpg files that I export as pdf's come through fine. A pdf note that I have when exported just gives me an unclickable link rather than the note saved as a pdf. Maybe I am just not understanding. I then went to another pdf note, which I tried to do a pdf export and it did not work. However, when I right clicked on it and clicked Save as, it did what I needed to have done. It appears to the inexperienced me that I can export jpg to pdf, but when it comes to a pdf note, I just need to do a save as rather than export it.

My original subscription at the Legacy rate renewed in April. Yesterday, I upgraded to the Professional and was charge the full Annual Amount. Will the premium subscription be prorated and refunded to me? Also, when you sign up for the Annual, is it auto-renewal or manual renewal. Thanks.

I upgrade from Premium to Professional, yesterday. When I try to export to pdf, there are several options that are not available to me and say that I need to upgrade to professional. How can I get the program to recognize that I already have the professional upgrade. Thanks.
