Evernote is painfully slow. I really like the app, but it makes no sense to use it anymore. It is killing my productivity. I really don't mind the price increase, but all theses bugs... So I'm quitting, unfortunately. 

I have a question: what does happen with my tasks and note versions if I downgrade do free?

With all respect, if possible: I know there are some fanboys like you, @agsteele, here in this forum. I appreciate your effort trying to help the community, but sometimes this "everything's fine" posture while everybody seems to be heaving issues is really awkward. Of course EN has support, a polite one, but it is super slow and generally doesn't help.

Yep. Unfortunately, EN have none, as I have written.
 

As Evernote seems to have no support team anymore (I have opened support tickets about the issue, but people who works there now seem to have no clue how Evernote works; maybe I should have asked about Remini or other BS app...), I am trying to investigate by myself why I am unable to create notes and notebooks, delete notes etc using Evernote (web, iPhone and Window, all of them updated).

Using the "note status" feature I have noticed all my notes are trying unsuccessfully to connect with Evernote servers. I've recorded a video of what seems to be the problem (video 1). 

Maybe some Evernote servers are down since a few days ago.

I have created a new free Evernote account to do some testing. The notes status in this new account is completely fine (video 2).

It seems that the issue in occurring on server side.

I am reporting it here just to show how bad Evernote has become under BS. I have little hope that @Federico Simionato and his team will be able to fix this huge mess.

Yes, It is very, unreasonably slow. Sometimes you won't be able to even create a note, unfortunately.

I see. So BS is damaging every type of user. It is even worse.

It seems many users having issues this week are heavy ones with many notes (+10k) and old accounts. They are unable to send emails to Evernote or create new notes (my case). Is Bending Spoons capping big accounts and heavy users? 

This is so weird. What is going on, @Federico Simionato? Bending Spoons is in absolute silence while EN falls apart.

Same here. I'm unable to send e-mails to Evernote.

Worst: I'm unable to even create a new note. When I do it, the note is  deleted automatically one second after its creation. It is happening in all my devices (web, Windows and IPhone), all of them running the latest version of EN.

I've opened a support ticket about this issue and have got a bunch of nonsense as a reply.

I just have created a new free account. This new one is working fine. So the problem seems related to server and account levels.

Maybe BS is capping big accounts and heavy users, who knows. I'm a user since 2009 with 10k notes.

It is happening here a lot. It seems new sync is being turned off from time to time by Evernote. I've lost some content due to this issue.

Thank you, @agsteele, it has worked. Simply logging out and in did the job, data removal haven't been necessary.

Some notes I've created yesterday using Evernote for web and for iPhone are not showing up today on Win 10 app inside notebooks where I saved them. I thought it was a sync issue, but they show up when I use the search inside Win 10 app. That's is weird and annoying.

Furthermore, l have 12 shortcuts and only 4 of them are showing up on Win 10 now. 

This have never happened before.Any ideias about what is causing these issues?
