  1. That's great for expanding everything but not collapsing just the stacks.
  2. Well, I suppose the title says it all but I would really appreciate the ability to collapse or expand all the notebook stacks at once rather than clicking each stack individually. Thank you!
  3. I'm a new premium subscriber and have a question about the sorting of notes. One of the options is to sort "Notes by Subject". I'm sure I must being missing something obvious but where or what is this the subject? I've tried sorting by it and still can't tell.
  4. There's my problem! I was simply adding the parameter to Evernote's "shortcut" rather than as a command. Thank's for your time!
  5. I just tried this same command on a 32 bit Win8 machine ("C:\Program Files\Evernote\Evernote\Evernote.exe" /Task:SyncDatabase) and it still will not auto-sync on start-up. Evernote still launches but does not auto-sync.
  6. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I cut & pasted your string into my Evernote shortcut. Evernote launches fine but does not do a sync.
  7. I tried the /Task:SyncDatabase option but could not get it to work under Windows 8. I have a 64 bit system and used ""C:\Program Files (x86)\Evernote\Evernote\Evernote.exe" /Task:SyncDatabase". I also tried several experiments with the placement or elimination of the quotation marks. Can you tell if I'm missing something?
  8. I'm sure this will appear as an overly simplistic answer but you could just "add" the same note to another Notebook. You don't have the ability to modify the original note and have it automatically appear in the latter but a little cutting & pasting would do the trick!
  9. Learned that you must have Quicktime installed in order to play back audio.
  10. I used my Android phone to record Audio and was unable to play it on the web client under Firefox or Internet Explorer under Windows 8. I then attempted to add a Dictation to a Note and that would also not play. I then fired up the Desktop Client and was able to play the Audio recording but not the Dictation. Looking for ideas...
