A few weeks ago, I realized that Evernote had only supported authenticator apps for login for some time, so I turned off SMS verification. Therefore, I needed help logging in to new devices. Two weeks ago, I contacted customer support via the form and provided all the required information. Despite various follow-ups, I have not yet received a single answer, which is totally unacceptable. I'm paying 100 bucks for this and cannot even use it anymore.
More than disappointing...
