I would be interested in it too. It could be very helpful also to make some modifications to the .pdf document, such as highlights, strikethrough, etc...

I think it could be helpful having also the note (or notebook/stacked notebook) related to the task in a hyperlink. As for GTD principle, every project needs a "next action", but I need more details when I see this list of tasks, and I need to click on them and revise the details. Another thing I think could be helpful is a short list of tasks in every notebook, as a summary of the project's next actions.
