Hi all, Long time Penultimate user (9+ years) and have loved it. I recently got a brand new iPad and my penultimate will no longer download a note to a pdf. The option to do so is there like it has always been, but it doesn’t ever download it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled several times, I’ve updated my iPad, and turned the power off/on again multiple times. Nothing seems to fix it. I can send a link, but I can’t download to pdf. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it? I want to continue using penultimate as I have thousands of notes on there, but I will be forced to switch if I can’t send documents.
