Thanks actually you pointed me in the right direction, I was trying to do Help --> Check for updates and it kept telling me it sup to date. What you made me realise I had to go into the App Store and then update from there - now thats done and bam! it works. Thank you!!

why is no one responding here? I should cancel my subscription with little consideration of removing features not sure what else to expect in the future.

I am having the same issue - my mbair (macbook air) doesnt really matter of the device, though is the one thats missing the templates.
