  1. It doesn't unfortunately. There is a bug with the authentication/account management system. The system thinks my account is inactive and it won't let me reactivate it because it does not exist, worst part is I cannot even upgrade to premium to get proper support as I need to be logged in to do that.
  2. When I try to log in with my Gmail using account federation. I get an error saying We found an account for . Then when I put my e-mail address and password I get that the email address is deactivated when I click on Reactivate it tells me that there is account with my email address.
