Then when I put my e-mail address and password I get that the email address is deactivated when I click on Reactivate it tells me that there is account with my email address. Link to comment

The system thinks my account is inactive and it won't let me reactivate it because it does not exist, worst part is I cannot even upgrade to premium to get proper support as I need to be logged in to do that.
