Good morning, Its now been many weeks since the losing the use of the passcode option to lock the Android. Do you have any news when this might be resolved? I am currently running on version 10.52.2 and there's nowhere in my settings menu to even try to add a passcode

Thank you Federico, but I'm definitely using the correct email account and password. This enables me to get in to my Evernote account, but although I had circa 150 notes, it now says I have 7 notes, however the are all blank.

Hi, I did as Dave suggested and went to https://www.evernote.com/Devices.action, I then revoked Evernote Basic from one of my 3 mobile phone devices, leaving Evernote Basic on just two phones. Unfortunately, my Notes have not reappeared on either of my other two devices. I tried logging out and logging back in, also restarting the devices, but this still did not help. Can anyone please offer any additional advice to help restore and find all of my lost Notes?

Having recently acquired a new phone and copying the content of my old phone to the new one, including Evernote Basic (free version), I have now lost all the data within Notes. I have since read that it is only possible to have Evernote Basic on two mobile devices, but I have it on three. Can anyone please tell me if I delete Evernote from one of my three devices, will my notes reappear on the other two devices or even one devise? I am beside myself with worry if I have permanently lost this data.

Hi Dave, Many thanks for your kind welcome and reply. I only have the basic version of Evernote without subscription, so I guess I'll just have to be patient. I just find incredible that the developers can leave us unprotected and exposed when I and I'm sure many others hold sensitive information stored on this app. Anyway, I'll stop ranting now and let everyone get on with there day. On a separate note, would you or anyone be able to tell me how to back up the basic free version of Evernote?

When will the present bug be fixed in order for me to protect all my information with a passcode to enter Evernote, which has now disappeared leaving my information vulnerable?
