  1. If I wanted to ask this forum instead of customer support I would have. I can't find anything on the web site that has a working link or info on how to contact customer support. In one place it says create a ticket and then doesn't provide any way to do that. The link provided above is to outdated information. It tells me I need to upgrade to a premium account to email support. There is no longer such a thing as a premium account. I have a personal account, and according to https://www.evernote.com/billy/subscriptions?mode=upgrade&offer=perm_generic_leftnav_button , that entitles me to customer support. I don't see where Evernote has posted here how to contact customer support. Either I WILL know how to contact customer support, TODAY - or Evenote WILL tell the Better Business Bureau how I can contact Customer Support, after I complain to them. We don't have to put up with this!
  2. I too am looking for Evernote alternatives. I ahve used Evernote for years and WAS very happy with it. It used to be great! But lately it has one bug after another, it can't even tell you how to contact Customer Support, and their chat bot is the stupidest chat bot ever. It can't answer ANYTHING wtih the answer. Not even do you want to tell me or the Better Business Bureau how to contact customer service? (It does not understand how do I contact customer service.) EVernote WILL be telling the Better Business Bureau how to contact customer service if it doesn't get it together and fast.
  3. It told me I already have the maximum number of notebooks though I have a personal account and don't have 1000 notebooks. Stupid chat can't answer ANY question with the answer. I still can't find how to actually contact customer service. I'm about ready to contact the Better Business Bureau!
  4. I finally got the intro stuff to go away, logged out, and then was able to log in again with my old email address, and my content was still there. Evidently changing your email address does NOT change your email address. It creates havoc. But what IS your support email address, because, the contact us page sends me to a support page that says chat isn't available and submit an email ticket, and then the email address isn't ANYWHERE.
  5. I changed my email address and suddenly had an empty new account and couldn't even get out of the intro. And your support email address isn't actually listed anywhere. Luckily when I finally DID manage to log out and logged in with my old email address my account was still there.
  6. I can't find how to email support, though it says I have to email support to create a ticket. I have a professional account. I changed my email address in settings, and suddenly it is logging me into an empty account with no subscription at all. I need the old account back. There is no way to log out and if I just type in evernote.com it automatically logs me into the new account. What is more there is a bunch of setup stuff I can't get past.
