Same thing happened to me, it was an important and difficult note to someone and after finally finishing it I left the app for two seconds, when I reopened it was stuck in a glitch and crashed, when I opened it again there was two words left. I'm only on the free version so I can't even access the note history, or talk to any tech support. I'm honestly super disappointed.
