My main issue is the inability to zoom in and out appropriately for many notes. Some are screen capture images that don't resize for some reason and sometimes the zoom in and out controls either do not work or only work at two levels of zoom. The lack of ability to control formatting for viewing notes at multiple levels of magnification and inability to better control sizes of screen captures for proper printing of notes, are my biggest problems with Evernote.
These don't seem to be well documented issues online yet.
