Photos from people without credentials to Evernote account

We need to get people to send photos into the Evernote account using the account email, but experience these problems:

1) Photos are in the native resolution in the camera app, and normally this means picture files between 2 and 3 MB

2) More often than not, these photos need to be rotated to be readable

Can anyone suggest a solution/app that works similarly to for example Scannable
