Hotkey for Shortcuts Notes List

There should be a hotkey to allow you to set focus on the shortcut notes list (i.e. the notes you are most likely to repeatedly access as you have manually defined via 'add to shortcuts').  I could not find anyway to access these via keyboard.  Something where you can set focus on that list, and then, ideally, open a note based on a numbering scheme; e.g. Alt+1, Alt+2, Alt+3 opens the corresponding note (depending on whatever sequence you have them ordered in).  It makes sense that if you have a organizing feature such as 'shortcut notes', that a) these would usually be prioritized over a non-shortcut note; and b.) there should therefore be some way to easily access them (without using the god forsaken mouse).
