Convert text to table

This would be nice to have in both EN Win and EN Mac.

But before this table feature, IMO we need basic table layout features like:

• Make the cursor movement logical, so that ▲ moves the cursor UP to the cell immediately above the current cell, and ▼ moves DOWN likewise.
• Cut/Copy rows or columns and paste into new location in the table
• Allow use of horizontal line/rule in a cell
• Allow insertion of a new table in a cell
