When scrolling a note up and down with the mouse wheel, the scroll is happening in way too large jumps and with no movement indication of the direction, which makes scrolling awkward to follow.
Please see for example how the web browsers or MS Word are handling the scrolling up and down with mouse wheel, and improve the scrolling accordingly: add feel of movement to the scroll, and/or make the scrolling happen in smaller steps.
