Hi.  Who did you pay for premium,  and when did this happen?  Sometimes payments to Apple take a little while to hit Evernote's server,  and the upgrade doesn't register until your device has synced.  I'd suggest restarting your device to check.  If it's been more than 24 hours since you paid,  submit a CS support request by choosing "payment issue" in the first dropdown after logging in here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action

You'll get an instant acknowledgement and ticket number - post the number here and we can ask an admin to have a look at the issue for you.
