tm-evernote 0 Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 My upgrade to Premium has not gone thru. Upgraded from the Mac App Store yesterday. It's been over 24 hours. Opened a ticket last night - no response. Opened another one just now - ticket number 1333712. Evernote, please fix this for me.
Level 5* gazumped 12,213 Posted December 2, 2015 Level 5* Posted December 2, 2015 I flagged your post for a forum Admin - upgrades via partner sites can take a little while to go through, and tickets take more than 24 hours to get a live come-back, but you should get some action quickly - try logging out of Evernote and back in again.
