Realroger 1 Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 We have been having crashing problems and can't open a very important note for over two weeks! I can't tell you how many times we have spoken to customer service, but no fix in sight. Is Evernote losing it? I've been a business user for years, but I can't stay if these type of problems keep happening. I need support! Roger

On what device(s) are you accessing Evernote, what's the OS and Evernote version, and what fixes have you tried? Have you had a look at the note online? Are there any backups available?
