sharing - invite not recieved - how to send new one or delete share and reshare?

Hi, thanks for taking a sec.

 

I've shared a note with a user and they do not have it showing up in their account.

How can I either delete them from the share and reshare with them or simply reshare.

Hi.  Make sure you have the correct email address,  then go through exactly the same process you used to share the notes in the first place (on whatever device/ in whatever OS you're actually using...) to stop the share,  and then reshare.

thanks so much for your response.

 

I've checked the address, typed it in again and hit share... nothing has happened.

 

I then typed it in again and still nothing has happened...

 

As well, I can still see the email listed in the site.

 

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi.  You need to stop the share and then re-share;  just typing the same email address again won't do anything specific...
