Artisan 0 Posted September 3, 2015 Share Posted September 3, 2015 Evernote starts and displays the sidebar, but that's about it. Nothing on the screen is clickable, it just hangs. I've updated my Mac OS X 10.10.5 and EN 6.1_452115. I am using the download from Evernote and not Apple. This predated the updates, tried them to see if it would help. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice- any other ideas? Link to comment
Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,117 Posted September 3, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted September 3, 2015 Since you've done the normal uninstall/reinstall twice, it sounds like there is something corrupt related to Evernote app.So you may want to try a clean reinstall, which will first remove everything related to Evernote. I'm running EN Mac 6.1 on Yosemite (10.10.5) on two Macs and have not seen this behavior. See How to Completely Remove and Reinstall EN Mac Link to comment
