Sherry126 0 Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 Since the upgrade, I have been unable to access prior work chats. This occurs only on my iPhone, not on the desktop. I have repeatedly redownloaded the app and reinstalled after restarting the phone. I also cannot start any new work chats, the text turns grey after hitting send. I share a notebook with two others and work chat is what we primarily use. A ticket was submitted. Link to comment

If not you could try Twitter @Evernotehelps, Premium / Business users also have access to a Chat option (7am-7pm PST weekdays) - click 'continue' on the support page after logging in. In both cases quote your ticket number and the address of this page for background... Link to comment
