Sherry126 0 Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 Since the upgrade, I have been unable to access prior work chats. This occurs only on my iPhone, not on the desktop. I have repeatedly redownloaded the app and reinstalled after restarting the phone. I also cannot start any new work chats, the text turns grey after hitting send. I share a notebook with two others and work chat is what we primarily use. A ticket was submitted. Link to comment
