jmacg 0
Yesterday afternoon I upgraded a brand-new Acer Aspire V15 laptop fromWindows 8.1 to Windows 10. I installed Evernote and waited for my notes to sync. They didn't, for half an hour. Then a single note came in. Then, after another half-hour, 14 more notes came in. Overnight and during another four hours this morning, no more notes have come in. Only 3,500 to go! The sync icon has been spinning all this time. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling Evernote, and rebooting the computer. How can I fix this? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,064 Posted September 10, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted September 10, 2015 Hi. If this is still an issue, have a look at the standard KB fixes - https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/article/23168822 There currently seems to be a random mix of W10 issues - probably par for the course with a new OS. Have a search around the forums for more... Link to comment
