Evernote do say they read and note all feature requests but don't usually comment on work in progress, or give reasons why they don't adopt specific suggestions; the usual answer is - if you can't live without a particular feature, find an alternative or a workaround. Feature requests don't get implemented overnight anyway. If (forinstance) there's a RTL word processor you can use, why not create your documents in that and attach the WP file to a note? If that means the contents aren't searchable, then cut and paste the content into the note purely for indexing purposes - it doesn't have to be human-readable, just indexable for searches.
