Can Evernote Business be used with a short term contractor? I need to collaborate with a Web Designer and a video editor

Can Evernote Business be used with a short term contractor without them having or paying for evernote? I need to collaborate with a Web Designer and a video editor Am I charged for the days or weeks they are working with me?

I would think that Evernote Business would view your contractors just like employees, but I don't know for sure.
