(Archived) How is a Note both Complete and Not Complete?

I noticed that I have a few notes that are seen as both completed and not completed in the web version. See image:

Now, the Elizabeth Bear note in my desktop application looks like:

Is this note considered complete and incomplete because it's got both empty and and not-empty checkboxes? If so, silly naming scheme. Should then be "in progress" and "incomplete". Complete notes should have no empty checkboxes. At all.

Will we get a real "completed" category? Or is there a problem with my notes?
