marshallcounty 0 Posted July 1, 2015 Share Posted July 1, 2015 evernote works just fine on a mac os x machine (ver 10.10.3) when logged in using a local user account, but will not open when logged into the same machine using a network user account. We get the message "evernote is not responding" when trying to open it. All other applications work fine when logged in using this same network user account. The only trouble is with evernote. But I'm not sure about a network login.This may be a bug, or you will probably need Evernote Support's help to resolve. To get Evernote Support you need to be a Premium/Business account owner. If you want to submit a bug report:Submit a BUG report via an EN Support Ticket. In the Support Form, select "Report a bug", and start the Ticket Title with "BUG: " to make it clear. Reporting a bug should be available to all users, including Free Account owners. Other Ticket types available to Free users are "Data Loss", "Crash", & "Sync Issue". Link to comment
